Lots of Visitors = Lots of Fun

The Macdonald family took some time off to visit us. To start off the vacation Brooke got all of her dental needs taken care of at my work. Once that was out of the way we started off the vacation with FOOD of course!!! We packed a picnic and met Brandon on his lunch break over at the sports park in Temecula. We ate a really yummy lunch and then watched Bryce fly his new Alligator kite.

Even though G-man can't walk yet he doesn't let that stop him from playing
That next day Becky and John showed up and it was a PARTY! We decided to have breakfast outside because honestly there was NO room inside to eat. We moved all the furniture outside to have room to sleep. It was like camping without the dirt, the best kind of camping...right?

Now that Johnny was here with the surfboards we were off to spend the day at the beach!

Gavin, Becky, Brianne, Brooke
The water was too cold for us so we just played in the sun and sand.
The water wasn't too cold for Bryce in his little wet suit.
Brooke put Gavin to work looking for buried treasure

Friday night we spent in Orange County. We went to the Pier in Hunnington Beach and then ate some of the BEST pizza ever at HAUS OF PIZZA.
This picture was taken on my Mother's Birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM from all of us. WISH YOU WERE HERE!

Easter Time

HAPPY EASTER

On April fools day I recieved a package in the mail from my parents in Utah. I was on my lunch break and called my mother to thank her and let her know I would call back when after I open it up tonight. She told me to not wait too long because something was ALIVE inside. I thought she was joking with me since it was April 1st. When Brandon got home I had him open it up just in case there was something creepy or crawly that would pop out at me. It was an Easter basket full of goodies and even something alive WHEAT GRASS. It was such a darling gift basket. The cookies had been snuggled in the wheat grass for a little too long because they did NOT taste right. Thanks again for the loot!
The Easter bunny even left us a little something on conference morning. More goodies and a few other fun surprises. We enjoyed watching conference together and went over to my cousins house for dinner.

In between conference sessions Brandon and I colored 18 Easter eggs. It was so much fun and they turned out really awesome.
