Easter Sunday

I love Easter Sunday, it is always the best spring weather. After a nice morning at church we went over to Tracey's house for a yummy Easter dinner. She got a honey baked ham, smoked turkey, baked beans, mashed potatoes and rolls. Since it was a small get together we got to take home the leftovers. Yippie my favorite. She also made us awesome Easter baskets full of so many delicious goodies. Thank you and HAPPY EASTER 09'!

Coloring Eggs

I love coloring eggs each year, it makes you feel like a kid again. Not to mention the other benefit of coloring eggs, yummy egg salad sandwiches you get to eat throughout the next week. I made chicken enchiladas and after just happened to have a dozen boiled eggs for Brandon, Geoff and I to color. Although all Geoff's eggs turned out in pastel colors because he got impatient, and Brandon's either were a mixture of all the shades or he secretly put mystery words on the eggs using a clear crayon, it was really fun.

Easter

I am glad my parents don't think I am too old for an Easter basket. I came home from work and had a huge package on our doorstep. Yippie, I love getting packages, it is almost worth not being home for the holidays so I can get one, ALMOST. Everybody who knows my mom, knows she over does everything, it was so cute and Brandon and I loved it. Thank you!
